We had a steep-pitched roof and gutters replaced at one of our investment properties. One face of the roof and gutter was a real challenge due to proximity to the neighbor's home. While another contractor was going to just add a second layer of shingles over the one existing layer, Miko noted that the roof sheeting underneath was too thin for the rafter spacing, causing the roof surface to be wavy. Elite replaced the sheeting with the correct thickness, put new architectural shingles, and replaced the gutters at a very competitive price compared to the other contractor. The job was done very quickly, in spite of the very hot weather. Clean-up of the property was excellent, and the roof looks great! Excellent job, Elite! ~ Robert P

They handled everything from start to finish — checking city licenses, getting all the necessary permits from my association and the city, and working directly with my insurance and mortgage company to get everything approved. Since I’m usually busy with work, it was a huge relief to have them take care of every detail. The roof was completed in just one day, which amazed me and even caught the attention of my neighbors!
