Customer's reviews
We had a steep-pitched roof and gutters replaced at one of our investment properties. One face of the roof and gutter was a real challenge due to proximity to the neighbor's home. While another contractor was going to just add a second layer of shingles over the one existing layer, Miko noted that the roof sheeting underneath was too thin for the rafter spacing, causing the roof surface to be wavy. Elite replaced the sheeting with the correct thickness, put new architectural shingles, and replaced the gutters at a very competitive price compared to the other contractor. The job was done very quickly, in spite of the very hot weather. Clean-up of the property was excellent, and the roof looks great! Excellent job, Elite!

After the recent storms in the area, I noticed a few potential issues with my home's roof that needed attention. After contacting multiple companies for their assessment, several of them told me that my roof was going to "fall in tomorrow, and it should be replaced ASAP". The typical sales person "scare tactics"...
Miko from Elite Exteriors came out to assess my roof and concluded everything was just fine, no replacement needed! I appreciated his honesty, patience and respect for my situation.
And for the record, Miko never asked me to leave a review (while every other company had). I am doing so because I understand that when things like roofing are outside a homeowner's area of expertise, it can be difficult to find someone as honest as Miko. While I didn't need a new roof this time, Miko is the first person I call the moment I do. Thank you Miko!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick on two separate projects, and both experiences were nothing short of excellent. The first time, in August 2024, he replaced our entire roof, and most recently, in January 2025, he installed a garage heater vent, which required cutting through our roof.
Both times, the process was incredibly smooth—Nick was prompt with quotes, transparent with pricing, and completed the work efficiently without compromising quality. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, and he made what could have been stressful projects feel effortless.
We couldn’t be happier with his work and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable, skilled roofer. Thanks again, Nick!
