We’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick on two separate projects, and both experiences were nothing short of excellent. The first time, in August 2024, he replaced our entire roof, and most recently, in January 2025, he installed a garage heater vent, which required cutting through our roof. Both times, the process was incredibly smooth—Nick was prompt with quotes, transparent with pricing, and completed the work efficiently without compromising quality. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, and he made what could have been stressful projects feel effortless. We had a steep-pitched roof and gutters replaced at one of our investment properties. One face of the roof and gutter was a real challenge due to proximity to the neighbor's home. While another contractor was going to just add a second layer of shingles over the one existing layer, Miko noted that the roof sheeting underneath was too thin for the rafter spacing, causing the roof surface to be wavy. Elite replaced the sheeting with the correct thickness, put new architectural shingles, and replaced the gutters at a very competitive price compared to the other contractor. The job was done very quickly, in spite of the very hot weather. Clean-up of the property was excellent, and the roof looks great! Excellent job, Elite! ~ Robert P

They handled everything from start to finish — checking city licenses, getting all the necessary permits from my association and the city, and working directly with my insurance and mortgage company to get everything approved. Since I’m usually busy with work, it was a huge relief to have them take care of every detail. The roof was completed in just one day, which amazed me and even caught the attention of my neighbors! We are from a group of people who prefer to read than write reviews , this time it is the other way round, Elite Exteriors was recommended to us by a dear friend, after the first meetings with them we knew we are in good hands, We experienced full professionalism from the beginning to the end, we received a range of products to choose from and with each full explanation and their values. when comes to paperwork, inspections, etc. ladies from the office took care of everything on an ongoing basis, very nice cooperation and professionalism . I would like to thank everyone on the "Elite Exteriors" team. Any calls I made were immediately returned. It was a relief to talk to someone and not an answering machine. I didn't know that a company like "Elite" even exist. One phone call and I was relieved of the tedious job. I don’t usually write reviews, but wanted to help others who are looking for a great roofing company. We were very skeptical about getting a new roof through insurance after sustaining hail and wind damage to our 26 year old roof. From the moment we met Maya, who reassured us of the process and kept us up to date every step of the way, to the owner who was here for the inspection, to the installation and completion of our new roof and gutters…my husband and I are beyond thrilled. I was formally in the trades and was known to be obsessive, compulsive and detailed. I can no longer do that type of work. The Polish workers who did the siding, soffit, fascia and gutters were extremely talented and did an extraordinary job. There are many bad contractors and the customer needs to be cautious. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors and rest assured that the work will be performed properly. Their pricing was extremely affordable compared to other bids I received. Our family highly recommends Elite Exteriors for your roofing needs. Our roof was leaking inside our bedroom closet. We called Elite, spoke to Kevin and Miko, explained our situation, they had a full day but squeezed us in early the next morning. The crew arrived at 7:45, examined the exterior of the roof and interior walls of the closet and bedroom. They explained the damage, gave an estimate with options and time frames for completion. Their knowledge, professionalism and courteous answers to all our questions sold us on the company. They came out the next day, repaired the roof and went above and beyond to ensure our problem was solved. This company is prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. With the extreme weather lately, it is peace of mind to know our roof is in the hands of professionals. Miko and his crew were recommended by another professional that has done work on our home. They came on time, tore off my old roof, replaced with a new roof, we're clean and neat, even used a contraption to make sure no nails were left behind. Miko gave me a good honest quote, performed the work he said he would in a timely fashion. He even called after a storm to make sure we had no problems, we did not. Elite has also corrected a balcony problem that I had, which caused a leak in my screen porch. He is the only person that took the time to analyze the problem and figure out a solution. The roofing crew was some of the fastest workers I have ever seen and they did a fantastic job. The siding crew were some of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever had work at my house. I have 2 dogs that are allowed in our backyard, during this construction time, the guys were super helpful communicating when they needed to enter the back of my property so the dogs would get out. They cleaned the property well each day before leaving so that there would be no issues with nails or material getting in my tires or affecting my dogs routine. Absolutely recommend! ~ Nate H

Working with Rob and Elite Adjustors was an amazing experience. They fought my claim with the insurance company over the course of 2 years. Initially insurance was only going to cover $4,000 worth of damage to the siding and roof. Rob and Elite Adjustors kept fighting the claim and eventually got both covered for full replacement. They were diligent with their work and always stayed in constant communication with me about the status of the claim. There’s no way I would have been able to fight this claim by myself as insurance companies purposely create many hurdles for people to jump through for full coverage of the claims. Rob and elite Adjustors handled all the communication with the insurance company. The work that was done was excellent. I’ve received multiple compliments from neighbors on how professionally done the roof and siding look. If you have any damage to your roof or siding, give elite adjusting company a call. The team at Elite Exteriors from the CEO on down to the local crew performing the job did an excellent job. The team staged the items carefully in our front yard and worked efficiently given a pocket of good weather to complete the job. Additionally they provided service after the sale when one of the gutter heater cords re-installed came loose - no issues, the manager came out and took care of fixing and double checking the work straight away. Elite Exteriors replaced my roof on my garage and did a excellent job. They came on the day that they promised , and the workers were neat and clean on the job.I had siding installed on the garage 1 year before by another company of which the fascia has some wrinkles. They would not come out to repair it. The owner of Elite said he would take care of the repair and he did. I would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors. Great people to deal with. ~ sciarabba b

The cedar siding edges near the ground at our home had deteriorated over. I was worried we would have to replace sections of siding. Elite came up with an excellent long term solution that I am very pleased with. Their technicians were proficient and courteous. We initially had an inspection done after a hail storm with Legacy Restorations. The estimate they came up with was very low. I had Elite Exteriors do a second inspection and they did a more thorough inspection and fought to get the roof replaced along with damaged siding and window wraps.
